DOCUMENTS WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Pay stubs covering the most recent 30-day period

  • If you are starting a new job, we will need a copy of the offer letter to confirm compensation.

  • W2s for the last two years

  • All pages of personal federal income tax returns for the last two years

  • Last two months’ statements for all asset accounts including checking, savings, money market, mutual funds, IRAs, 401Ks, stocks, bonds, etc.; please note we need all pages of your statements.

  • Copy of driver’s license; please email or mail, do not fax

  • Addresses of all real estate owned

  • K1’s, if applicable

  • Court decrees regarding bankruptcy, divorce or judgment satisfactions

  • Mortgage statements for all investment and second home properties

  • Copy of most current mortgage statement, copy of original mortgage note and settlement statement from your first mortgage, second mortgage and/or home equity line of credit (HELOC).

  • For your new home: Copy of the executed purchase agreement and MLS listing

  • For the home you are selling: Copy of the purchase agreement and estimated proceeds, if applicable.

  • Corporate federal tax returns for the last two years (Owning 25% or more)

  • Year-to-date profit and loss and balance sheet statements

  • DD214 and Original Certificate of Eligibility
